Maintain and enhance programme quality through continuous monitoring, assessment, and improvement initiatives.

Curriculum Implementation

Oversee implementation of curriculum, ensure alignment with learning outcomes, and support effective teaching practices.

Student Support

Ensure student support services, academic guidance, and create positive learning environments for student success.

Performance Management

Monitor academic performance, student outcomes, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Resource Coordination

Coordinate academic resources, facilities, and support services to enable effective program delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with students, faculty, administration, and external stakeholders to ensure effective academic operations.

Eligibility & Experience

Academic Credentials

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant discipline, strong academic background with teaching experience, understanding of academic program delivery and quality assurance, commitment to student success and academic excellence.

Academic Leadership Experience

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in higher education with progressive responsibilities, prior experience in academic coordination, program management, or department leadership, demonstrated success in academic delivery and faculty coordination.

Programme Management

Proven ability to coordinate academic programs and ensure quality delivery, strong organizational and coordination skills, experience with student support and academic administration, ability to work effectively with faculty and students.
