Deans of Schools or Faculties are academic leaders responsible for curriculum, faculty development, research, and outcomes within their academic units. They provide strategic direction, ensure program quality, and drive academic excellence.
As leaders of their academic units, Deans work closely with faculty, students, and administration to develop innovative curricula, foster research excellence, and create exceptional learning experiences that prepare students for successful careers.

Comprehensive academic leadership across curriculum, faculty, and research
Curriculum Development
Lead curriculum design, review, and innovation to ensure academic relevance and industry alignment.
Faculty Development
Oversee faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance management.
Academic Excellence
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes across programs.
Research Leadership
Drive research initiatives, publications, and secure research funding for the school/faculty.
Program Quality
Maintain program quality, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement processes.
Industry Partnerships
Build and maintain partnerships with industry, professional bodies, and external stakeholders.
Resource Management
Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure for the school/faculty.
Student Engagement
Foster student success, engagement, and career development initiatives.
Eligibility & Experience
Academic Credentials
Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in relevant discipline, Professor or Associate Professor rank, strong publication record and research credentials, recognized expertise in the field.
Leadership Experience
Minimum 10-15 years of academic experience with progressive leadership roles, prior experience as Head of Department or equivalent, demonstrated success in academic program management and faculty leadership.
Academic Excellence
Proven track record in curriculum development, teaching excellence, and student outcomes, experience with accreditation processes and quality assurance, strong understanding of academic governance and policies.
