Eligibility & Experience

Academic Credentials

Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or equivalent, strong academic background with recognized expertise, Professor or senior academic rank preferred, demonstrated scholarly contributions.

Leadership Experience

Minimum 12-18 years of experience in higher education with progressive leadership roles, prior experience as Dean, Head of Institute, or equivalent, proven success in institutional or academic vertical management.

Strategic Acumen

Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, experience in institutional development and growth, ability to manage complex academic operations and resources effectively.
