Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive quality assurance, accreditation management, and rankings improvement
Accreditation Management
Lead accreditation processes for NAAC, NBA, and international accreditation bodies, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.
Rankings Strategy
Develop and execute strategies to improve institutional rankings in national and international league tables.
Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality assurance systems, processes, and frameworks across all institutional functions.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain adherence to quality standards and benchmarks.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor institutional performance metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting
Oversee preparation of accreditation documents, self-study reports, and quality assurance documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with departments, faculty, and administration to ensure quality standards are met across the institution.
Continuous Improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on accreditation feedback and quality assessments.
Eligibility & Experience
Academic & Professional Background
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant field, strong understanding of quality assurance and accreditation frameworks, experience with NAAC, NBA, or international accreditation processes, knowledge of ranking methodologies and metrics.
Quality & Accreditation Experience
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness roles, proven track record in leading successful accreditation processes, experience with data analysis and performance metrics, strong project management skills.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, ability to work with complex documentation and reporting requirements, excellent communication and coordination skills, attention to detail and systematic approach to quality management.
