The Director of IQAC is the catalyst for "Quality Culture" within the University. The University seeks a person possessing the highest level of competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment. The Director leads the planning, guiding, and monitoring of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities, ensuring the institution consistently meets and exceeds national and international benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive quality assurance, accreditation management, and rankings improvement
Accreditation Leadership
Lead the University through NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) cycles and manage data for NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) and international rankings (QS/THE).
Documentation & Data
Maintain an institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining/enhancing institutional quality.
Feedback Systems
Manage the collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders on institutional processes.
Academic & Administrative Audit (AAA)
Organize periodic audits of academic departments and administrative units to ensure continuous improvement.
Promoting Research
Facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation.
Eligibility & Experience
Academic Rank
Must hold the rank of Professor in a University system.
Academic Standing
A Ph.D. degree from a recognized University/Institution with a superlative academic record.
Experience
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of teaching/research experience, with significant exposure to institutional administration.
Quality Expertise
Documented evidence of having led or participated significantly in at least one full NAAC accreditation cycle or similar international quality audits.
Leadership Proof
Must provide evidence of administrative experience (e.g., as a Dean, Director, or HoD) with a focus on procedural transparency.
